Across TCGA cell cohorts, ONECUT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 968 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ONECUT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of hydrogen peroxide biosynthetic process, DNA damage response, signal transduction by p53 class mediator, and Negative regulation of Notch signaling pathway. Each is linked with ONECUT3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ONECUT3-to-partner and partner-to-ONECUT3 results are reported.
