Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ONECUT1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ONECUT1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher ONECUT1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ONECUT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
SARC, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where ONECUT1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
