ONECUT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ONECUT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,923 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ONECUT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1_S576, N4BP1_T242, and NELFCD. Each is linked with ONECUT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ONECUT1-to-partner and partner-to-ONECUT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ONECUT1 versus MTA1_S576 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ONECUT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ONECUT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
