ONECUT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ONECUT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ONECUT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKACG, SMR3B, and RXFP3. Each is linked with ONECUT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ONECUT1-to-partner and partner-to-ONECUT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRKACG grouped by ONECUT1-low versus ONECUT1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ONECUT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ONECUT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
