ONECUT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ONECUT1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,043 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ONECUT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRM7, TSC22D1, and SLC12A4. Each is linked with ONECUT1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ONECUT1-to-partner and partner-to-ONECUT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRM7 grouped by ONECUT1-low versus ONECUT1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ONECUT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ONECUT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
