OMP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD111B, RNU6-718P, and LINC02339. Each is linked with OMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OMP-to-partner and partner-to-OMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD111B grouped by OMP-low versus OMP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→OMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
