OMG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OMG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,330 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OMG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, MAP1A_S2106, and MAP1A_S1146. Each is linked with OMG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OMG-to-partner and partner-to-OMG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OMG versus MAP1A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OMG→partner) and Y-score (partner→OMG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
