Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OMG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,183 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OMG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, GRK3, and LGALS1. Each is linked with OMG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OMG-to-partner and partner-to-OMG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OMG versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OMG→partner) and Y-score (partner→OMG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
