Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OMG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,571 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OMG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL57P6, OR5G1P, and KRTAP8-2P. Each is linked with OMG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OMG-to-partner and partner-to-OMG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL57P6 grouped by OMG-low versus OMG-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OMG→partner) and Y-score (partner→OMG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
