Across TCGA cell cohorts, OMG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,312 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OMG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cilium assembly, Regulation of cellular response to heat, and Protein polymerization. Each is linked with OMG in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OMG-to-partner and partner-to-OMG results are reported.
