Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OMD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,461 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OMD-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPARC, COL5A2, and FAP. Each is linked with OMD in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OMD-to-partner and partner-to-OMD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OMD versus SPARC in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→OMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
