OMD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OMD mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,218 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OMD-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMT1, TRAF3IP2, and TRPC4AP. Each is linked with OMD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OMD-to-partner and partner-to-OMD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRMT1 grouped by OMD-low versus OMD-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→OMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
