OMA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OMA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,913 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OMA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP9, AGFG2, and CROCC. Each is linked with OMA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OMA1-to-partner and partner-to-OMA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OMA1 versus FKBP9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
