Across TCGA patient cohorts, OMA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 692 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1302-5, RNU6-679P, and RN7SKP3. Each is linked with OMA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OMA1-to-partner and partner-to-OMA1 results are reported.
