Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,670 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OLR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEFV, AQP9, and CEACAM3. Each is linked with OLR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLR1-to-partner and partner-to-OLR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OLR1 versus MEFV in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
