OLR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,583 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02379, BUB3, and UBAP1. Each is linked with OLR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLR1-to-partner and partner-to-OLR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02379 grouped by OLR1-low versus OLR1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
