OLR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LALBA, OR11H1, and OR4K2. Each is linked with OLR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLR1-to-partner and partner-to-OLR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LALBA grouped by OLR1-low versus OLR1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
