OLIG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLIG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,688 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLIG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP5, IGLJCOR18, and RNU1-42P. Each is linked with OLIG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLIG2-to-partner and partner-to-OLIG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLIG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLIG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
