The most reproducible OLIG2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of muscle system process, DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Regulation of blood circulation. Each is linked with OLIG2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLIG2-to-partner and partner-to-OLIG2 results are reported.
