OLIG1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLIG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,021 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLIG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, GGT1, and SEZ6L. Each is linked with OLIG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLIG1-to-partner and partner-to-OLIG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLIG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLIG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
