Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OLFML3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OLFML3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher OLFML3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OLFML3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, SKCM, and ACC are the cancer types where OLFML3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
