OLFML1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFML1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,227 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFML1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, OLFML3, and PARVA. Each is linked with OLFML1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFML1-to-partner and partner-to-OLFML1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
