Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFML1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,971 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGP, C7, and CD34. Each is linked with OLFML1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFML1-to-partner and partner-to-OLFML1 results are reported.
