Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFML1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, eIF4E, and ERK2. Each is linked with OLFML1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFML1-to-partner and partner-to-OLFML1 results are reported.
