OLFM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,383 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KNSTRN, LGALS9, and MACIR_S25. Each is linked with OLFM4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM4-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OLFM4 versus KNSTRN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
