Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,636 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEACAM3, ADGRG3, and ADGRE3. Each is linked with OLFM4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM4-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM4 results are reported.
