OLFM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,113 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPH7, DFFA, and ORC5. Each is linked with OLFM4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM4-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPH7 grouped by OLFM4-low versus OLFM4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
