Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFM4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, 4E-BP1, and FoxM1. Each is linked with OLFM4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM4-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM4 results are reported.
