OLFM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLFM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,992 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTUS2, DEFA6, and SLC16A6. Each is linked with OLFM4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM4-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OLFM4 versus MTUS2 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
