Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLFM4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,364 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OLFM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are JPH2, SV2C, and NFATC2. Each is linked with OLFM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM4-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JPH2 grouped by OLFM4-low versus OLFM4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
