OLFM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,017 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK7, SERPINH1, and ISLR. Each is linked with OLFM2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM2-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OLFM2 versus PTK7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLFM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLFM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
