Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLFM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,556 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLFM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASF3, GSPT2, and SLC49A4. Each is linked with OLFM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLFM2-to-partner and partner-to-OLFM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OLFM2 versus WASF3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.
