Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLA1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,952 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLA1P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA methylation, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Base-excision repair. Each is linked with OLA1P3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLA1P3-to-partner and partner-to-OLA1P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA methylation grouped by OLA1P3-low versus OLA1P3-high in ESCA.
