OLA1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLA1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,903 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLA1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFR, MTA1, and DDX6. Each is linked with OLA1P1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLA1P1-to-partner and partner-to-OLA1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLA1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLA1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
