Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,529 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OLA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTX2, PSMD14, and SSB. Each is linked with OLA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLA1-to-partner and partner-to-OLA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OLA1 versus MTX2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
