OLA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OLA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,158 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, PFN1, and ZNF330. Each is linked with OLA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLA1-to-partner and partner-to-OLA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OIP5 grouped by OLA1-low versus OLA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OLA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OLA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
