Across TCGA cell cohorts, OLA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,692 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OLA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Mitochondrial RNA modification, and Negative regulation of nuclear division. Each is linked with OLA1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OLA1-to-partner and partner-to-OLA1 results are reported.
