Across TCGA patient cohorts, OIT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,162 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OIT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 signaling pathway, Retina vasculature development in camera-type eye, and Endothelium development. Each is linked with OIT3 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OIT3-to-partner and partner-to-OIT3 results are reported.
