Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OIT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,572 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OIT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM159, B3GNT9, and SIRT2. Each is linked with OIT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OIT3-to-partner and partner-to-OIT3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OIT3 versus TMEM159 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OIT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OIT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
