OIT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OIT3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OIT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, PCNA, and FoxM1. Each is linked with OIT3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OIT3-to-partner and partner-to-OIT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by OIT3-low versus OIT3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OIT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OIT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
