Across TCGA cell cohorts, OIT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,018 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OIT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to calcium ion starvation, Regulation of RNA export from nucleus, and Canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. Each is linked with OIT3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OIT3-to-partner and partner-to-OIT3 results are reported.
