Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OIP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,171 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OIP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC7, AUNIP, and KIF11. Each is linked with OIP5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OIP5-to-partner and partner-to-OIP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OIP5 versus CDC7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OIP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→OIP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
