OIP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OIP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 189 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OIP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFN1P10, DRD5P1, and SNORD74B. Each is linked with OIP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OIP5-to-partner and partner-to-OIP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PFN1P10 grouped by OIP5-low versus OIP5-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OIP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→OIP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
