Across TCGA patient cohorts, OIP5 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OIP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP, Th1 cells, and MEP. Each is linked with OIP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OIP5-to-partner and partner-to-OIP5 results are reported.
