Across TCGA cell cohorts, OIP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,087 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OIP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle process, Mitotic nuclear division, and Protein localization to condensed chromosome. Each is linked with OIP5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OIP5-to-partner and partner-to-OIP5 results are reported.
