Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,095 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OGN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, PRELP, and OLFML1. Each is linked with OGN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGN-to-partner and partner-to-OGN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OGN versus KANK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
