OGN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,931 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MGP, C7, and AOC3. Each is linked with OGN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGN-to-partner and partner-to-OGN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OGN versus MGP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
