OGN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with OGN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGN-to-partner and partner-to-OGN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by OGN-low versus OGN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
