Across TCGA cell cohorts, OGN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,547 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Articular cartilage development, DNA damage checkpoint signaling, and Regulation of telomere capping. Each is linked with OGN in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGN-to-partner and partner-to-OGN results are reported.
