Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGFRL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,068 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFRL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSN, OGFRL1_S381, and DOCK11. Each is linked with OGFRL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFRL1-to-partner and partner-to-OGFRL1 results are reported.
